Goblin shark caught by fishermen in Tokyo Bay

On January 25, 2007, a rare goblin shark caught by fishermen in Tokyo Bay. But it's dead 2 days later. With the strange and frightening that a line of teeth, these fish have been attracting attention of scientists from around the world. This is a brief history of ancient mysterious shark.

Goblin sharks are called scientific Mitsukurina owstoni is an ancient shark that has been previously considered extinct. The name of this shark is, Mitsukurina owstoni, given the first time by David Jordan which received the first spices, from a zoologist of Tokyo University, Kakichi Mitsukuri. While the name owstoni form of reverence for wild creatures a collector named Alan Owston also get a fish from a Japanese fisherman.
